Burzynski: Spamming for extra credibility

Recently a number of accounts have started cropping up on Twitter, no followers, identical or very similar profiles, no or few previous posts, all spamming the bullshit Burzynski movie. When a dozen happen at once and thirty minutes later the accounts are terminated, it’s a fair bet that this is a spam / astroturfing campaign.

What mystifies me is that the people responsible think this is going to help. They are almost certainly known under other names in the #Burzynski hashtag, which is festering with people madly shilling the unproven Burzynski “antineoplaston” cancer treatment.
