Helmet zealot

A helmet zealot is (obviously) one who zealously promoted helmets. Arguments with them are usually futile since their convictions are of a religious rather than an evidential nature - any conflicting evidence is dismissed out of hand, and any supporting evidence is accepted uncritically.
