You see? That's what happens on Usenet - links get wrapped and truncated, and you end up in the middle of nowhere. The link should have been http://www.chapmancentral.com/Web/public.nsf/Documents/Recumbents. The main difference is that the correct page uses the green stylesheet, but this one is blue. I'd explain why, but I can' be bothered. Anyway, see it in green or blue, the choice is yours - and the content is the same, computed on the fly from a links list in a database, 'cos that's the sort of chap I am.
